These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to iPhone and iPad applications published by Shahid Khan on the Apple App Store (including Resume Builder and other apps added over time). Contact: contacttoshahidkhan@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any of our iOS apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, delete the app and stop using it.

2. The apps

Our apps are mobile software for iPhone and iPad. Features vary by app and are described in the App Store listing and inside the app. Most apps store your content on your device. Some apps offer a free tier with optional advertising; others or paid tiers may remove ads or unlock additional features through In-App Purchase.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the apps except as allowed by applicable law.

4. In-App Purchases and subscriptions

Where an app offers Premium, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, payment is handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country or storefront. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We do not process or store your payment card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our apps in any unlawful way or to violate third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass purchase limits, licensing, or security features
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the apps or related services
  • Use automated tools to scrape or attack our apps or any third-party service they interact with

You are responsible for how you use each app and for any content you create with it.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in our apps. Because content is generally stored on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. We are not responsible for loss of content caused by device failure, uninstalling the app, or deleting data inside the app.

7. No professional advice

Our apps are tools only. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, career, or other professional advice. Results (for example job applications or exported documents) are not guaranteed.

8. No warranty

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shahid Khan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of our apps.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features or apps at any time. Apple, iOS, or third-party changes (for example ad networks or OS APIs) may affect how an app works.

11. Third-party services

Our apps may rely on Apple (App Store, In-App Purchase) and, on free tiers, Google AdMob for advertising. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12. Termination

You may stop using any app at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering or supporting an app if required by law or App Store policy.
